By accessing or using CrowdRaise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CrowdRaise is a decentralized crowdfunding platform built on blockchain technology. We facilitate connections between project creators and backers, enabling funding through cryptocurrency transactions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must connect a Web3 wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not share your wallet access with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Project Creators

If you create a project on CrowdRaise, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your project
• Fulfill your obligations to backers as described in your campaign
• Use funds only for the purposes stated in your project
• Provide regular updates to backers on project progress
• Deliver rewards as promised within reasonable timeframes

5. Backers

By backing a project, you understand and agree that:

• Backing a project is not a purchase guarantee
• Projects may not be completed as planned
• Rewards may be delayed or differ from expectations
• Refunds are subject to our milestone-based release system

6. Fees

CrowdRaise charges a platform fee of 5% on successfully funded projects. Additional blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) apply to all transactions. Fee discounts are available for CROWD token holders.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading projects
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform
• Fund illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and software, is owned by CrowdRaise or its licensors. Project content is owned by respective creators. Users retain ownership of content they create.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that projects will be completed, rewards will be delivered, or that the Platform will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

CrowdRaise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, data, or profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
